SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.
For international delivery, please contact us for a shipping cost :)
We generally will send your package within two business days.
Exceptions sometimes happen if we're making a fresh batch or waiting for a fresh ingredient to get to us.
There may be a delay in shipping orders when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We will communicate any expected delays and any changes if that should occur.
Shipping Costs
We are using NZ Post Courier. Courier charges as follows

Urban: $9.70 incl GST

Rural: $15.40 (incl $5.70 rural delivery fee) incl GST
The free shipping offer for domestic orders over $88 was originally introduced in 2022, and is no longer available due to increased courier costs from August 2025. As a small handmade business, we simply pass on the current NZ Post rates with no extra charges added.
If you are placing a large order, please feel free to get in touch—I will always do my best to help where I can.
For international delivery, please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive your shipping confirmation once you place your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shopping for sensitive skin is lengthy process and we understand that it takes time to test out products before finding the right product for your skin. We want to extend our satisfaction guarantee by giving you two weeks (from delivered date) to really get to know your new products.
Please contact Abi at abi@doublehappiness.co.nz and we will get your information needed to send your products back to us. We will either send you a replacement or a refund.
Once we've received your product, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that your return is well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return items.
As always, we will do our best within our reasonable ability to accommodate any issue and special requests.
